We offer a 90-Day Comfort Guarantee on all ArniCura purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price — even if the jar is completely empty. We stand behind Wendy's formulation.
The guarantee applies to all ArniCura Foot Comfort Cream orders placed through arnicura.com, whether you bought a single jar or a multi-jar package. If you simply didn't experience the comfort you hoped for, that's covered. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, that's covered too.
To start a return, email us at HELP@ARNICURA.COM within 90 days of delivery. Include your order number and the name the order was placed under, and we'll send you simple return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our end, in which case we'll cover it.
WHEN YOU'LL GET YOUR REFUND
Once we receive your returned product, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.
