We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders of $70 or more.

We offer a 90-Day Comfort Guarantee on all ArniCura purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, contact us at HELP@ARNICURA.COM. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
